" Manage, maintain and operate a world-class strategic and business planning process and underlying systems for the formulation and execution of strategic and operational plans, objectives and aims.
" Manage and oversee the business planning end-to-end and formulate mechanisms for effective and efficient monitoring and coordination of performance.
" Develop sales force revenue forecasting rolling (annually & quarterly) & planning (annually & 3 years) in coordination with the Account Managers and Product Managers.
" Develop cost forecasts for all annual, quarterly rolling, 3 year and 5 year planning exercises in coordination with the profit centers heads.
" Develop consolidated financial information covering both short and long term planning periods based on information collected from senior management and to coordinate this information to appropriate actions.
" Manage, operate and enhance all planning computer applications covering all financial aspects of the planning process for both short and long term planning periods.
" Compile the Unit summary budgets as part of the annual planning cycle.
" Ensure that the Divisions strategy is in line with the overall corporate strategy through provisioning of continuous support and follow up to all divisions heads in developing of their strategies and the translation of these strategies into department and staff objectives and targets.
" Manage the preparation & presentation of the monthly Business Performance Review for the Enterprise Division to ensure accurate reflection and translation of the divisions achievements.
" Provide the finance unit with details of any changes required to the coding structure etc and calculation of KPIs etc resulting from the Business Plan.
" Ensure the accuracy of all plan and actual financial and non-financial information incorporated in all Balanced Scorecards across the division (Unit and Department levels).

" Develop and manage the quality policies, procedures and documentation configuration.
" Support and lead the Risks assessments and ensure gap filling.
" Manage projects related to processes enhancements, business support & automation.
" Ensure functionality of the company information systems components, analyze, identify gaps & develop rectification action plans.
" Work closely with IT (system development department) to ensure successful development and implementation of any information system infrastructure components.
" Ensure the availability of raw & analyzed data to management decision-making.
" Conduct market researches & analysis to identify rate of customers satisfaction.
" Develop processes to enhance customer satisfaction & ease workflow.
" Manage the quality audit process & ensure high standards compliance.
" Monitor departmental (Sales, Marketing, Product Management & Operations) performance and ensure high key performance indicators achievement.
" Analyze operational problems and propose ultimate solutions (Process Re-Engineering).
" Ensure the application of the companies over all policies.
" Develop & drive action plans based on the organizational policies.

" Monitor & control the Internet service.
" Respond to customers inquiries and complains.
" Alarm management of any system failure suspicious.
" Ensure internet service up and running.

" Manage products/services business plans, allocate budgets & monitor product quality.
" Work Closely with the business partners to ensure service proper handling to achieve targets & growth.
" Initiate and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
" Deal with the advertising agencies to produce and launch the marketing campaigns.
" Conduct marketing researches per segment.
" Identify business opportunities & manage to secure it (Business Development Planning).
" Approach potential customer with custom made proposals.
