Key Responsibilities
• Input the data into system to ensure all documents related to overtime, attendance, bonuses, and other payments are correctly entered and processed on the payroll system
• Prepare monthly salary settlements, in order to ensure the provision of correct and accurate amounts to all employees as per their employment contracts.
• Administer salary increases promotions, transfers and other benefits to ensure accuracy, timely processing and compliance with applicable laws & policies/procedures.
• Develop reports for the Management/Finance teams, analyzing salary cost on a monthly basis and highlighting any costing and funding issues, to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Ensure the HR accounts pertaining to payroll are reconciled on monthly basis for different payroll groups and submissions to Finance are done within the specified timeframe.
• Terminated personnel, to ensure that final payment is made in accordance with company policy and procedures.

• Working in (Employees Contract - Warning Letters -Employees letters- ETC..).
• Process payroll and benefit-related changes pertaining to new -hires, terminations, leave of absences, open enrollment, and other employee changes (promotions, pay changes, incentives, hardship allowance etc.).
• Manage HR Team.
• Fallowing with Netagat & labor office.
• Working in GOSI system.
Key Responsibilities
• Working in SAP Template.
• Help the medical insurance Department to issue the correct class for the employees.
• Working in (Employees Contract - Warning Letters -Employees letters- ETC..).
• Process payroll and benefit-related changes pertaining to new -hires, terminations, leave of absences, open enrollment, and other employee changes (promotions, pay changes, incentives, hardship allowance etc.).
• Manage HR Team.
• Fallowing with Netagat & labor office.
• Manage Supervise and coordinate payroll activities for the entire group companies (24 companies and 3500+ Employees).
• Process payroll and benefit-related changes pertaining to new -hires, terminations, leave of absences, open enrollment, and other employee changes (promotions, pay changes, incentives, hardship allowance etc.).
• Coordinate with region & department to analyze, prepare and input payroll data ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Responsible for full life-cycle payroll processing.
• Coordinate efforts between payroll, human resources, and other departments & regions to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, like workers, overtime, leave balances, head count, benefit eligibility, turnover).
• Post the Payroll.
• Develop fully documented processes and update work instructions as changes take place.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and exercise wise judgment and protocols when working with confidential information and documentation.
• Maintain all related filing and documentation.
• Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.
• Track and report on key payroll metrics.
• Ensure all governmental reporting is submitted accurately and on time.
• Continuously identify and develop solutions for process efficiency improvements to improve operations and productivity.
• Manage payroll related audits.
• Managing GOSI, Personnel Information.
