Managing 70 associates in the day to day operations of AlMathaaq in Riyadh with two locally
concepts Rosalia (Italian) and Sumac (Lebanese)
* Following up the daily operation's needs (procurement, product availability maintenance and
staff issues).
* Adapting promptly and positively to any new situation that raised and respond in a flexible and
optimistic manner.
* Liaising with the head chefs to discuss and develop the menu.
* Conduct performance review for the assistant managers and supervisors.
* Controlling the SOPs of the restaurants.
* Assuring high levels of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with the local law of food safety
and maintaining a well monitored HACCP implementation.
* Assist in hiring and training of the FOH staff.
* Control inventories.
* Support the marketing department to plan and implement what is best for the business.

* Full Guest contact (table touching, taking reservations, and planning the seats of the guest).
