• Assist the Shops Manager in the roll out of the shops & Kiosks.
• Ensure that the shop & Kiosks are rolled out according to the time plan, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage the rolled out Kiosks on a day to day basis.
• Meet shop & Kiosks KPI target levels.
• Contribute to the continuous development of Majan Telecommunication’s shop concept.
• Training the new joiners on sales system, sales techniques.
• Sending daily, weekly & monthly sales reports to the Head of sales.
• Making roster.
• Sim activations & replacement.
• Giving suggestions to improve the sales & to reach the monthly targets.
• Solving customer's issues.
When I joined Emirates as a steward I attended training courses applied in the field of aviation, such as:
English language: to improve my language to assist me in dealing with various categories of passengers and the countries visited.
First Aid: which included the provision of emergency medical assistance in cases of fractures, burns and dealing with the various injuries caused by emergency situation.
Also studied some medical situations for example heart attacks and other and how to provide the necessary treatment.
Security and Safety: how to proceed with the fires or explosions or an emergency, such as a terrorist threat or hijacking or existence of a bomb threat and dealing with hazardous materials.
My major performances were selling cars and handling with the customers coordinating between the Sales Manager and the staff because of my good English .My responsibilities included supervision and providing the main needs and coordinating with the administration to control the quality of the work. My additional responsibilities were handling the test driving of the cars after maintenance
were promoting and marketing, coordinating for and following up the tenders, training the new joined staff, making the daily plan, and reporting.
