Phosphate Mining is our Family Business since the 1960s, I have been working on the feasibility studies since 2008, and in April 2010 I formed WRCC in partnership with my cousins. The Investment totaled to JOD 3.5 Million, I was in charge of buying all the Heavy Equipment & Machinery for this Project, I made Several Trips to The Far East, Middle East, and Europe to inspect, purchase and ship the equipment. Currently the company is fully operational with a staff of 140 employees. I have implemented the operational and control systems in the company and my duties are currently monitoring the operations and flow of work among the entity. Other responsibilities include procuring all spare parts from several domestic and international sources for keeping the warehouses stocked up and the machines running. The site is located in a remote area in the Desert where we have built staff accommodation units, warehouses, and workshops. WRCC is currently Averaging 425, 000 M3 per month working 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
A subsidiary of Bonyan International Investments Group, founded for handling the energy projects and other non real estate investments. Duties included full cooperation and coordination with the company’s partners in the different projects the company worked on, I worked with my staff on preparing all sorts of presentations, business plans, models, and financial projections for these investments. The projects included a joint venture with a Canadian company for developing an LNG Storage Hub in Oman, the first private storage facility in the world, a joint venture with a Spanish group for a proposed pipeline from Turkmenistan to Oman via Iran as well as developing an LNG field in the Iranian Regional waters of the Gulf, oil exploration in southern Sudan, and other smaller projects in Oman and Yemen. I have attended most of the major international energy conferences and forums during my employment, and have utilized the experience I gathered in the presentations we have made to several interested parties in our projects, most are top ranked individuals in their respective corporations. I have developed a close and trustworthy relationship with the chairman of the group which made him utilize my financial background and skills and act as his personal advisor on these projects, the first was a tire re-treading factory in Qatar, and the other is an Islamic financing Company in Abu Dhabi, where I was a member of the founders’ committee on the latter, and represent Bonyan Group in it, I was assigned to prepare the market study, due diligence and business plan for this company, of which I have coordinated with third party consultants to complete the feasibility study and licensing for this project. In November 2008, I have hired a managing director to complete the staff recruiting and complete the establishment of the company. The capital of this company is One Billion AED. My last assignment was Establishing & Listing a company in a London Stock Exchange.

Responsibilities also include ensuring that management, statutory and taxation filings and reporting are performed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as directing the activities within the billing, credit and collections, general and cost accounting and accounts payable functions. Acting as a liaison among the various departments and ensures that staff adheres to corporate policies and budgets.
