- Review Contract between SAR & Owner (MRDA)
- Review Contract between SAR & Main Contractor (CRCC)
- Asses the infrastructure of the project and develop a strategy for the rectification, mitigation and enhancement works
- Develop the Program Baseline Schedule for executing the rectification, mitigation and enhancement works
- Develop budget estimates for rectification, mitigation and enhancement works
- Work closely with PMO & HSE to achieve the set goals
- Meet with Owner, Contractor and potential sub-contractors
- Evaluate organization performance, develop and implement measures to improve it.
- Monitor operations and suggest improvements for further enhancements.

All of this is to make the student capable in integrating different building systems and make them work in harmony with out any complications.
