Sales Consultant
- Consulting clients to determine parameters of their projects (Negotiating drawing, budget, and equipment layout).
- Working closely to the design team to finalise kitchens project drawings
- Setting weekly and monthly plan to approach new potential projects and meet with the decision makers for project execution.
- Tendering for local projects and handling technical and commercial submissions, with very limited time frame
- Dealing with consultants and international suppliers for equipment selection.
- Coordinating the logistics, and delivery of the equipment to the project site.
- Supervising the Installation, and ensuring a good delivery and handover to the client.
- Identifying potential clients as well as preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects to generate new accounts.

- Maintaining a good partnership relation with key accounts,

- Coordinating the implementation of the procedure and the operation plan of the Athletes’ Village to accommodate more than 6000 guest (athletes & staff), including catering services, transportation, logistics protocol ...
- Coordinating the implementation of the retail shops in the Athlete`s Village, revising and signing the Agreements with different contractors.
- Training, & managing a team of 20 supervisors and 40 volunteers.
- Liaising with partners to ascertain their precise event requirements.
- Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets).
- Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire.
- Planning room layouts according to the schedule of the workshop and the entertainment program.
- Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.
- Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
- Ensuring a cost efficient food production, by supervising the good execution of the operation procedures.
- Ensuring that the purchasing team are providing with the required high quality materials
- Weekly meeting with the employee representatives to ensure a good communication and coordination.
- Working with very strict H.A.C.C.P procedures and very limited time frame, to on time delivery of in-flight catering for different partner airlines
o Coaching a team of volunteers for daily operations in the resident centre`s in the Athletes Village and ensure high level service standard.
o Preparing the daily forms and reporting to the Team Coordinator.
- Follow training in the various Group units (France, Morocco & Tunisia) in catering and financial departments.
- Managing daily stock and orders from the CPU to a show restaurant with a capacity of2880 person.
- Following up operational procedures pre-set by Sodexho France, and developing organizational procedures to manage a team consisting of 40 persons.
