- Collecting, understanding, and delivering business requirements, while translating them into functional requirements documents and detailed test plans.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes.
- Preparing detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Documenting workflows and business analysis results while obtaining sign-off from the business on requested specifications.
- Providing a link between business, development team and any third party regarding software functionalities, for the duration of the project lifecycle.
- Designing and executing test scenarios and test scripts (UAT’s).
- Managing change requests in relation to the project plans while ensuring agreed upon deadlines are met.
- Submitting weekly updates that reflect progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
