- Collect Client requirements and generate designs and solutions.
- Design and generate proposal and presentation.
- Presents products, services and solutions to clients in a highly persuasive manner, employing presentation and communication
skills suitable for macro as well as micro level audience while highly focusing on the clients’ specific requirements.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Handles any blocks in projects’ progress to the satisfaction of the client to the degree possible.
- Generate new Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Follow up with the existing - Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff - Respond to emergency calls for maintenance- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues- Perform administrative tasks as required- Projects team management and scheduling - Follow up on-going projects
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
