* Responding to all committee correspondence
* Filing all committee correspondence received and copies of replies sent
* Keeping a record of any of the organization’s publications (e.g. leaflets or newsletters) and
* Preparing a report of the organization’s activities for the year, for the Annual General Meeting.

for six years from 1994 to 2000. Where my main responsibilities are as follows:
* Responsible for proper filling, distribution of incoming and outgoing mails, keeping various
reports/records in order to office received from other Government/Non-Government Organization.
* Typing of different letters and reports, control of personal records, filling and additional responsibility
given time to time by management.
* Provide full administrative support/services to the management in various confidential reports.
* Handle office accounts/petty cash.
* Maintain all administrative records such as Leave, Overtime, etc.
* Provide logistic support to the staff.
* Maintain liaison with various Government and Non-Government Organization as company needed.
