• Assist in the development and implementation of the IT Operation policies and procedures;
• Manage the IT Operations related projects;
• Supervise the Helpdesk operation;
• Develop training plans for the IT staff and follow up on its implementation and effectiveness;
• Review and support the improvement of the network infrastructure and design;
• Assist in developing request for proposals to acquire the services and products of IT vendors;

• Liaising with technical, business and audit personnel to ensure information security requirements are understood and met
• Ensuring that security logs and events are monitored and appropriate strategies are implemented to address any issues arising
• Integrating Malware defenses, application software security, and wireless access control within a dynamic environment through automation, rapid updating, and with Incident Response processes
• Ensuring inventory assessment of authorized and unauthorized devices, and software
• Establishing and ensuring secure configurations for hardware and software of laptops, workstations, and servers
• Comparing and securing the configurations for network devices such as Firewalls, Routers, and Switches
• Providing technical assistance and advice to IT Operations & IT Business Solutions teams in relation to all information security administration processes and issues
• Contribution to the design of disaster recovery and business continuity plan for security purposes
• Managed the design and setup of Communication Infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
• Configured and maintained Cisco Routers, Switches, Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)
