Case Management, conduct Interviews with IDPs for primary psycho support.
Prepare best determination for vulnerable conflict affected IDPs
Review the assessment form and make notes.
Follow-up with cases who are receiving, or have received, medical treatment through DRC, including conducting regular visits to the Hospitals, based on the cases need or at the direction of the Protection Management.
Refer cases who need protection and psycho support to the concerned.
Follow up Finance and other departments to carry out the payment of medical support cost.
Receive cases and admit them to Hospital, and this might require 24/7 response.
Any other duties as required or assigned by protection management. Ensure that any beneficiary feedback, concerns or issues are addressed through the appropriate mechanisms.
Maintain accurate records regarding program implementation and provide weekly updates to Protection Manager.
Review all files and consult with the designated childrens treatment providers (or potential treatment providers) to determine the appropriate course of action.
Archive files for the office.
Follow up with CBI unit to facilitate the cash process
Communicate with partners and other service providers.
Monitor and evaluate the staff under my unit

Coordinate with protection network in the targeted areas.
Supervise and follow up the protection monitoring team
Refer IDPs at risk to other services like legal services, psychological counseling sessions, health, and follow up cases.
Raise awareness for vulnerable conflict affected IDPs, youth and household upon protection issues
Supervise the protection beneficiaries
Prepare weekly, monthly and final report on time.
Document all challenges, difficulties, success stories.

Maintain office Machines like the main switch, printers and Mobiles for staff.
Prepare and update staff directory and other related documents
Keep, follow up and update employees personal files
Follow up on contracts and payments of daily workers-
Type documents for the Office and translate them if any
Scan the financial Documents- Archiving them electronically and send them to the HO.
Follow up stationary and prepare the budget on monthly basis.
Deliver letters to the mail box
Participate upon request, in the settlement of disputes or issues related to personnel management in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator
Classify and archive files documents letters
Receive new staff and direct them appropriately.
Assist the Admin Officer on the follow up on expatriates visas and prepare
applications for residence permit
Prepare personal files for the staff and keep it updated for the whole staff.
Update the contact list by adding new nominated staff.
Follow up contracts and certificates of employment.
Follow up staff leave and record them on files.
Prepare contracts for short services for the office
Follow up new ID Cards for the news staff...
Help in Preparation of the tasks and recruitment process.
Help with prepare social security for staff
Other duties as assigned by the HR Officer.
