 Verify measurements of work submitted by the site engineers for the works executed at site by the Sub-Contractors.


 Generating periodic Running Account Bills on the Client and dues out to the Sub-Contractors.
 Reconcile secured material advances and recoveries before releasing any bills for payment.
 Monitoring progress of the work for timely execution of the project through weekly & monthly
Reports with comparison to the overall Project.
 Estimation & Calculation of Tentative (Without Software) and Accurate (Using Software) Quantity of Various Items like DL, GSB, WMM, DBM, BM, BC, DLC, PQC and Concrete & Sand etc.
 Estimation & Calculation of Quantities of All Structures Such as Minor/Major Bridge, Flyover, PUP/VUP, ROB and Culverts etc.
 Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule of all Major and Minor Structure.
 Cost Calculation of all required items from time to time.
 Preparation and reconciliation of theoretical consumption of materials with actual consumption in consultation with stores in-charge and site engineers.
 Reconciliation of Major Material.
 Verified Physical Stock Balance of Aggregate, Steel, Cement, HSD & other related Items in every Quarterly Period.
 Any other task, as assigned to me by superiors from time to time.
