Ability to control, monitor and follow all work items, without creating burdens and activating and applying appropriate and deliberate pressure to ensure achievement of tasks and objectives without overstatement or misuse of staff, and grant delegate duties and powers to others to achieve objectives with follow-up implementation.

Distribution of work for employees and selecting the right employee for the right place, to ensure the suitability of the person with the job description and with the culture of the institution and grant appropriate salaries according to the salary scale in the enterprise, must be commensurate with the nature of work and enterprise productivity, as well as performance.
