• Handling all Planning Unit Activities for the Dept. such as: Business Plan, Operating Plan, developing a full budget addition to the full years accountability, Project projection, Financial and Variances Analysis reports monthly, quarterly, Half Year & Year End Accountability.
• Management Information System needed reports, monthly Cost Sheet, net direct expense. material, invoices and manpower analyzing and reporting.
• Consolidated Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Bank reconciliation and reconcile all affiliate balance monthly, quarterly and yearly. Normal Maintenance initiatives and projects. Monitoring Participation in developing the budget estimate and financial statement for all related reports. Assisting in the development of new initiatives and continuing programs.
• Over all controlling company's UAE Accounts from Dhaka.

Checking all kinds of bill.
Control Bank & Cash transaction.
Bank reconciliation.
Inventory management.
To assist Manager for products Costing.
To assist Manager for preparing monthly, half yearly & yearly financial report.
Prepared Budget, Costing, Financial Reports, Cash flow, Reconciliation (bank, affiliates), Balance Sheet and Variance analysis.
