Carry out any other tasks as delegated by the Reporting Head.
Design and document business processes data flow diagrams by functional area including opportunities for improvement.
Assess requirements vs. baseline system offerings to identify and document to minimize various gaps within the new application
Operate the need analysis, selection and implementation of MIS.
Develop system enhancement design documents to meet established business requirements.
Work closely with required department to propose and implement improvements in user interfaces and reporting capabilities, including application tuning and process optimization.
Perform Business Data Analytics, Reconciliation and Migration activities.
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and applications.
Collaborate with concerned departments to ensure all management reporting requirements are defined and supported by the current systems.
Perform GAP analysis and design solutions to mitigate the differences.
Create different MIS Reports as per requirements using different reporting tools.
