Main Responsibilities: This is an area based principal position of Micro Finance Programme (MFP) in BRAC Development Programme (BDP) . I was responsible for BRAC Development Programme (BDP) in the catchment area of the area office. I was also responsible as BRAC Local Representative (BLR) at Area level. I was maintaining Networking and Liaison with the different level stakeholders both Govt. and NGOs at catchment area. I was accountable to Regional Manager (RM)
Relative Activities: • Local level planning, Management and Implementation of all programme activities in consultation with the BRAC Head Office / Regional Office / the Govt. Project office of Bangladesh (where necessary)
• Assist to Branch Manager, Programme Organizer and Accountant in field survey, group formation, savings mobilization, credit disbursement, recovery and cash management.
• Quantity and quality controlling of all beneficiaries selection in grass root level.
• Asses feasibility analysis of group member business plan.
• Assist to staff in record keeping and accounting
• Monitoring, evaluation and providing necessary feedback to field staff and others.
• Staff development and appraisal.
• Prepare report Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis (as per need)
• Budgeting and Cost minimizing.
• Coordination with GOs / NGOs in Area level.
• Counseling and advocacy with different level stakeholders.
• Provide all types of training / refreshers / workshop / orientation for field level staff and others.
• Conduct monthly meeting of all Team In-charge of BRAC at Area level.
• Ensuring any other support for smooth implementation of programme in the operational area.
