* Dealing with the British Airways worldwide customer
* Coordinating with the US Trade department to get the fastest services from our end.
* Responsible for organizing and attending a daily meeting with the Customers for
discussing the update on escalated cases.
* Offered the best traveling plans and prices to the Customers according to their needs
* Help the Customers for Baggage lost on the worldwide airports.
* Take the different kinds of request from the Customer.
* Emailing the Daily flights Update to the regular British airways customers.

* Overall management of Warehouse (WH) activities, which includes
* Dealing with the clients and increase the sales volume
* Keeping stock and control systems up to date
* Loading & Offloading of goods
* Efficient management of transfers between warehouses
* Management of Sales cash and depositing into Bank
* Managing, motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to
ensure set productivity targets are met.
* Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Product promotion and Taking feedback from customers to monitor the quality of service
they are receiving.
* Ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.
* Periodic physical verification of inventory and reporting to the office
* Reporting of near expiry products and liquidation strategy
* Keeping the WH Time schedule
* Help the management in achieving the cost effectiveness by increasing the sales volume
and by controlling the WH expenses and damages
* Keeping the WH neat and clean
* Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
Handling a team of merchandisers in a leading government recognized export house in India
specializing in bath room accessories and home décor items.
* Providing data for various operations to vendor, thus acting as a vital link between our company
and the customers.
* Conducting pre-shipment inspections.
* Dealing with some prominent buyers from USA & UK directly.
* Opening new customer accounts by active networking and representing my company in business
meetings with the prospective clients.
