• Assist management in direct oversight of department’s daily operation.
• Involve in department’s routine operations by handling projects and advising subordinates with their respective duties.
• Develop and maintain relations with Engineering Manager, manufacturing, quality and maintenance departments on manufacturing concerns.

• Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of an Export Manager & Division Director.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and projects team.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
• Assist the Manager in the review of Contractor quotations.
• Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.

• Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC/NDT activities.
• Coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
• Conversant with International codes & standards like API, AWS, ISO, ASTM, ASME etc.
• Assist in preparing procedures and work instruction for QC/NDT.
• Maintaining documents and records as per ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
• Undergone a dynamic training through G.E. INSPECTION GERMANY.
• Undergone in-house training on Metallurgy.
• Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC/NDT activities.
• Coordinate non-destructive testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports.
• Visual inspection of CS-SAW pipes for length, ovality, straightness, and common discontinuities as per the approved parameters set by API 5L/ client.
• Monitor co-employees for reporting, recording and inspection activities related to NDT.
• Assist in interpretation of radiography films for LSAW Pipes.
• Assist in preparing procedures and work instruction for QC/NDT.
• Inspect incoming raw material to insure that all quality requirements are as specified in the purchase order and reference standards.
• Provide acceptance or rejection for compliance to established standards and processes.
• Verify conformance to applicable procedures and other approved documents.
• Coordinating with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Interact effectively and professionally with all suppliers.
