Deciding the manufacturing sequence, preparing micro / macro level schedule for various projects and planning resources.
Monitoring the project schedule and ensuring the completion of it within the given time parameters.
Prepare the detailed fixturing requirement required for manufacturing activities.
Coordinating the project activities with various agencies involved in the project viz. QA/AC, Welding Engineering, shops, customer and third party surveyors.
Providing inputs to manufacturing and inspection from time to time for expediting the project.
Responsible for proving out and implementing new product ranges.
Interaction with Internal / External Customers.
Quality Management for all fabrication work.
Monitoring safety analysis in plant.

Monitor the job progress on daily basis and review/update the same in MS Project.
Attending the daily review meeting with planning dept, material planning , QA / QC, Design.
Meeting with preparation and assembly department to ensure component supply on time and to update the status of components.
Prepare the detailed fixtures required for ease of manufacturing activities.
Highlights day to day concerns / bottleneck and slippages to his superior..
Co-ordinate for the inspection coverage wherever advance notification is required.
Updating/leveling resources on weekly basis
Work out the requirement for hydro testing blanks & fasteners and hydro saddles.
Prepare the spares packing notes and get them checked by QC
