I was as a trainee for only two months, and i was looking HR works as well as Marketing also.sometimes i was calling clients also, holding receptionist work also.
Daily i was calling more than 100 calls, and was telling them about company's projects, its benefits etc.I was trying to convince the interested clients to visit office.
there my topic was EMPLOYEE RETENTION IN HONNEX REALTORS.So i talked existing employees about their satisfaction level and their demand etc.

I completed my MBA in HR AND MARKETING in 2012 from ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY,UP(INDIA) RA.
I completed my graduation in 2010 from a reputed and a central university "ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY"(AMU),in English with 57%.
