Responsibility
• Handle Full-set of accounts
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements tailored to the insurance industry's requirements
• Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for the company's financial performance
• Monitor and analyze insurance premiums collected and claims paid out
• Identify trends, patterns, and risks to the company's financial health
• Help establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting processes
• Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, including profitability ratios, solvency ratios, and liquidity ratios
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in identifying and assessing financial risks faced by the company, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk
• Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments
• Record & update Fixed Assets Register
• Manage petty cash book and cash disbursements
• Handle full spectrum of payroll computation and process
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
