Monitoring exports and deliveries and issuing sales invoices
Entering sales invoices into the general ledger
Tracking customer payments and collections
Receiving invoices from local and foreign suppliers, validating them on ERP, and entering them into the general ledger
Preparing supplier payments upon maturity either by check or bank transfer
Monitoring local or foreign bank accounts and preparing bank reconciliation statements
Cash management
Maintaining relationships with the bank, finance receivers, etc.
Adminestrative tasks: Calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel organization.
