Job Description:-
"Customer Care Executive"
Duties: -
Customer-Centricity: Take care of customers and ensuring they are enjoying services in such a way that they are according to their expectation.
Quality: A creatively designed network with world class build-out and personalized customer care evolving from attentive customer lifecycle management allowing us to deliver what we promise.
Sales: 1. Ensure I achieve or exceed required sales.
2. Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis.
3. Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.
4. Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customers base.
5. Follow up sales leads.
• After sale services: - Assisting the walk in customers for after sales services by listening to their arising issues and solving them within the customer care center it may involve Trouble shooting or any other Technical level Problem.
• Billing:- Taking current and pending bills of the customers on daily basis. Making shore that correct amount is being entered in the customer account and his/her status is updated.
• Retention calls: - Making shore that the customers are called back and taking feedback from them about our services• Customer interaction: - Getting direct interaction of every walking in customer. .
