Responsibilities:•Greet and Guide customers around the store.•Ensure the customers are fully informed of the products available.•Close sales and Ensure customers leave completely satisfied.•Help customers with any problems regarding products post sale.•Restock and Organize product display ensuring a clean and attractive product presentation.•Maintain a clean and organized environment.•Reprice products.

Floor Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and seat them to their tables.
• Provide information on menu items when asked.
• Take accurate food orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve drinks and food in a timely manner.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with services
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare online orders.
• Open bar and insure refrigerators are stocked with correctly dated drinks (FIFO).
• Restock retail and display shelves with missing drinks and ensure drinks are presented in an adequate and attractive manner.

Inventory Management:
• Fulfil item orders(transfers) from other branches.
• Unpacking item orders recieved from other branches.
• Ensure drinks are stocked and organized correctly in the depo.
• Maintaining a clean working environment.
• Providing an accurate inventory count at the end of the month via Excel Spreadsheets
