Managing teams of 4 to 5 colleagues and seeing to it that the aircraft and passengers are safe and secure.
Ensuring grooming standards are always upheld
Enabling a conducive and comfortable passenger service environment.
Overseeing the training of new recruits, providing guidance and ensuring good quality service.
Making periodic appraisals of care as and when required.
Seeing to it that all required forms and reports are submitted timely to management
Keeping management up-to-date with new developments or valid suggestions from passengers.
