JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•To liaise with marketing department on the following:
oProduct Launch
oPrepare Marketing Calendar
oPrepare Marketing Plan
oPrepare the ATL & BTL Activities
oPrepare POS Material.
•Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
•To organize the Product Training for the new & existing staff from time to time.
•Principal Handling.
•Principal Reporting’s which includes monthly report, Interim report, stock/Inventory analysis & other information required by the principals from U.A.E Market.
•Product Ordering, Price negotiations & agreements, Order Processing, L/C arrangements & shipments.
•Follow up with Logistics for the Product availability & other customs related matters.
•Custodian of the Annual Sales Plan to made on Brand Wise, Area Wise, Month Wise keeping in mind the seasonality & product availability.
•Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
•Follow Up & strong co-ordination with Area Managers/In charges & Sales staff for Brilliance and Daihatsu sales, stocks, pricing & other necessary requirements from the areas.
•To act as Key Account Manager for the major business hubs in the U.A.E & to develop lead generation and new areas of sales.
•Develop & follow up effective Daily sales reporting structure for the staff across U.A.E.
•To act as one-point-contact for Brilliance and Daihatsu brand.
