Currently I am working in FFBL Power Company Ltd 118mw coal power plant from December 2015 as Supervisor Electrical (AE II).
Job Role:-
Perform all supervise action in Project during erection Phase.
GIS- Alstom (F-35): Installation / Testing / Troubleshooting / SF6 Gas Testing / Commissioning.
Transformer Alstom 132/11 Kv, 63/80 MVA: Vector Group YNdl, ONAN / ONAF Installation / Testing / Commissioning.
Statron DC Chargers 110 & 48 VDC Made by Switzerland: Installation and Operation.
Battery Banks : Different kind of battery bank used for UPS and DCPB, weekly preventive maintenance of battery bank, Specific gravity per cell, water level make up, reading of voltage per cell & whole bank, temperature of battery room.
Power & Control Cable: Laying (Underground in cable tray), Glanding & Termination of power cables up to 600 mm sq.
Overhead Cranes: 3 to 30 Ton overhead cranes familiar with all operation.
Frequently Used Test Equipment’s: Oil break down analyzer, High Voltage Tester, Earth Tester, Primary & Secondary Current Injection Set, SF6 gas testing, Mega Ohm Meter digital and analog.
Protection Relays: 132kV Circuits, Bus bar, GIS, 132Kv CT and VT’s, Transformer.
SCADA base grid station my responsibilities.
Perform all Load management activity and during power failure handling emergency and check/Balance emergency power to the load FPCL and KE.
Perform Routine maintenance of Grid.
Perform Shutdown activity 132kV Outgoing feeders, Transformer, Switchgear/LV & HV Panel.
Supervise all the operation for removing the fault in grid station such as Air Compressor Motor, HV/ LV Motors, Starter, Switchgear, Star/Delta Circuit, Solar Panel Installation, CCTV Camera Installation Control and Power Diagram.
Swift Operation of 220 KV, 132KV, 11 KV Grid Station.
Transformer Auto 250MVA: BBC, Toshiba, Siemens.
Transformer Power 40 & 80MVA: Toshiba, Siemens.
GIS 132 & 220 KV: I am also working on double bus bar and Triple bus bar GIS grid station. Check and monitoring SF6 gas pressure gauge and all operation by electrically and mechanically.
Switchgear: Siemens, Schneider
Responsible and maintenance for plant performance.
Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance of 480ACV, 400VAC, 220 VAC and 110VDC, 48 VDC Supply, House transformer, DC chargers and Battery bank. AC & DC Lighting distribution panels.
Have worked on 220 KV, 132 KV & 11 KV Switchgears.
Repair and maintenance of HT & LT side fault occur in Plant.
Maintenance includes SF6 breakers and out-going feeders.
A Shutdown arranges for maintenance and servicing of Isolators, PT’s, CT’s, Wave trap and lighting arresters.
Well versed in Dealing with Power factor improvements.
Acquire in Technical Knowledge of all related equipment.
Maintain Engineering standard with in department.
Supervision of Work forces.
