Current Responsibilities:-
•Review and study of complete Scope, Technical & Commercial Aspects of the Contract.
•Overall coordination and liasoning with EPC, Vendors, sub-contractors and Internal Stakeholders.
•Review of Engineering & procurement deliverables and liaison with various discipline engineers for timely review & approval.
•Closely monitor and follow up the EPC Contractor’s work activities
•Organizing the Technical Clarification Meetings, HAZOP study etc.
•Organizing and participation in the weekly and monthly progress meetings and resolution of project constraints.
•Review of Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports of EPC Contractor.

•Ensure all preparatory works completed before commencement of work.
•Ensure timely mobilization of Resources to site.
