During my specialized Master’s degree in Management, Commerce, and Distribution in the Agri-food sector, I participated in a work-study program at Carrefour LabelVie, where I had the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in a real retail environment. My main focus was on the Fruits and Vegetables section and the Traditional section, allowing me to develop deep expertise in managing high-demand, perishable products and traditional food items. I was responsible for optimizing product layout and merchandising, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, and implementing promotional campaigns, particularly for local and organic products. These strategic actions directly contributed to a 5% increase in revenue (chiffre d’affaires) during my project period, demonstrating my ability to translate analytical insights into tangible business results.

Beyond my primary focus areas, I received comprehensive training across various sections of the Fresh Food Department, including bakery, dairy, and meat, which provided me with a holistic understanding of fresh food operations. This rotation helped me gain practical skills in stock management, supplier coordination, customer service, and team supervision, while enhancing my ability to adapt strategies to different product categories and customer needs.

This work-study experience strengthened my operational, managerial, and leadership skills, enabling me to manage day-to-day operations efficiently, coordinate with team members, and achieve measurable outcomes. It also allowed me to combine my academic expertise in management, commerce, and distribution with practical experience in retail analytics, merchandising, and sales optimization. Overall, this project has prepared me to take on professional roles in retail management, business development, or any position requiring strategic planning and operational excellence, showcasing my capacity to deliver results and contribute effectively to business growth.

GPA (rating): Good

GPA (rating): Good

During my academic and professional journey, I have consistently sought to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, particularly in the fields of agri-food management, retail, and data analysis. During my bachelor’s degree, I undertook a comprehensive data analysis project on brain tumor patients, which allowed me to develop strong skills in research, data collection, and statistical analysis. This project involved examining patient records, identifying patterns, and presenting insights in a clear and structured manner, strengthening my analytical and problem-solving abilities. Building upon this foundation, I pursued a specialized master’s degree in Management, Commerce, and Distribution in the Agri-food sector, which included an alternating internship program. As part of my master’s final project, I managed the Fruits and Vegetables section at Carrefour, where I implemented strategies to optimize product layout and merchandising, enhance promotional activities, and highlight local and organic products. These initiatives directly contributed to an increase of 5% in revenue (chiffre d’affaires) during my project period, demonstrating my ability to combine analytical insight with practical retail management. Additionally, I conducted a three-month epidemiological study of brain tumors at the Neurosurgery Pavilion of CHU Ibn Rochd in Casablanca, analyzing data from patients in 2020 and 2021. This experience reinforced my research and analytical skills while enhancing my ability to manage complex projects, synthesize information, and present findings effectively to professional audiences. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong combination of analytical, managerial, and operational skills. I am proficient in data analysis, project management, strategic planning, and team coordination, and I have demonstrated the ability to achieve tangible results, both in retail settings and research contexts. My background reflects a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes, whether by improving revenue and operational performance in retail environments or by conducting detailed analytical research in healthcare settings. I am highly motivated to leverage this expertise in future professional opportunities, particularly in roles that involve retail management, business development, or data-driven decision-making.
