Assists in developing, organizing, reviewing
and maintaining quality improvement programs
and activities in the hospital.
* Acts as Statistician to monitor the data
collection process in the hospital for trending
analysis; assists in analyzing aggregated data
for trends and variances on a regular basis;
applies the appropriate use of statistical
techniques.
* Assists in overseeing the controlled document
system, to include a review of all changes to
procedures, work instructions, forms, master
lists and other associated documents to ensure
accreditation requirements are met.
* Facilitates and promotes the use of appropriate
problem solving techniques for effective root
cause analysis and successful corrective
action.
* Assists in identifying quality-related risk issues
and collaborates with the appropriate
departments/units for the preparation of risk
management plan to address these issues.
* Plans and conducts in-house training and in-
service education for all hospital employees
relating to quality and other performance
improvement programs.
* Conducts internal quality surveillance audits
together with the department head and other
quality audit teams in the hospital.
Participates in quality reporting and management review process together with the department
head; monitors periodic review matrix to ensure quality requirements are met; manages quality
matrix and present findings and recommendation to the Management team.
* Participates in systems’ studies and analysis together with the department head and
presents recommendations to the Management team for proper approval and
implementation.
* Assists in facilitating and monitoring quality improvement projects in the hospital.
* Acts as Liaison with other departments and participates in various committees as
necessary.
* Participates in the planning and implementation of Quality Management and Patient Safety
Plan.
* Maintains the integrity of the certified quality system requirements with lean, cost-effective
strategies that meet the organizational needs.
* Recommends and implements enhancements to the quality system that result in improved
corporate quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of
processes to reduce costs.
Monitors and prepares daily production report
* Monitors laboratory results of finished goods
* Prepares Delivery Receipt for outgoing finished goods
* Coordinates with Laboratory and Quality Control Department
* Performs document review
* Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices
* Checks the quality of documents
* Setting up proper filing system
* Ensure that all data is recorded accurately
* Carry out all filing duties accurately on a daily basis
* Maintain the documents under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy
traceability
* Recommends and implements improvement with regards to documentation and filing system.
* Acts as a Liaison with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
* Facilitates and promotes 5S concept in the workplace
