Pakistan (IRC) Currently I am working in one of the IRC projects named UNHCR-Protection Project that is mandated to build IDPs' capacity to improve their livelihood and to ensure their seamless return from Harm to Home. Being "Protection Oficer" my responsibilities are;
• Ensure that protection and the promotion of human rights is better incorporated into the IRC programming for IDPs.
• Collect information on IDP population movement, forced return and arbitrary arrest.
• Refer beneficiaries seeking registration or voluntary return to the IRC Registration Oficers.
• Provide advice on the appropriate procedures and referral to relevant services for IDPs who have returned to the camp due to perceptions of insecurity in their area of origin.
• Update and correct IDP records and share that information with relevant agencies, including UNHCR and PDMA, for assistance.
• Provide information and advice on issues related to registration, Camp records, services available in
the camp, and the return process.
• Establishment and strengthening of Para-legal committees in the community to efectively and eficiently address their legal and protection issues of their locality.
• Share information collected and grievances documented with the relevant organizations for response, as necessary, as well as with UNHCR.

Durable Solution Project-II IRC Pakistan Program I was working in one of the IRC projects named Durable solutions Project (DSP)-II that is mandated to build refugees' capacity to improve their livelihood in Pakistan, and to ensure their seamless repatriation and reintegration in Afghanistan. Being "Field Protection Monitor" my responsibilities were; My job achievements included:
• Interview, Identifying project beneficiaries in the urban areas of Peshawar in target area.
• Conducting in-depth interviews with each beneficiary/family to understand EVIs needs and repatriation plans.
• Conducted focus group discussions.
• Making recommendations for, protection and repatriation referrals.
• Collecting information on refugee communities on repatriation trends.
• Engage in regular and continuous monitoring and follow up interviews with the beneficiaries.
• Assisting in drafting reports on repatriation plans.
