Prepare Invoices / Packing list / Delivery note
•Passing of necessary Journal entries to keep the accuracy of financial report
•Analyzing the actual costs incurred to comparing with the budgeted costs.
•Weekly and Monthly Stock Reports to Manager and Inventory Head.
•Making of Online/Manual/Cheque payment to various supplies within the country and abroad.
•Reconciliation of Receivables & Payables Accounts.
•Assist in Computer & Manual Accounting up to Finalization and Monthly & Yearly Trial Balance. Finalize Monthly collection reports
•Corresponding with all Suppliers and Customers and maintain A/R and A/P reconciliation.
•Control of all receipts & payments with follow up of outstanding payment and Monitoring Payable/Receivable.

•Coordination with Purchase/Sales Department and progress reporting to Management.
•Preparation of Payments, Receipts & other reports for the financial overview.
•Handling of Petty Cash and forwarding the expense statements to H/O.
•Preparation of Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Accounts Statements etc.
•Correspondence with corporate & branch offices & sister concerns through Internet &
