- To receive and analyze raw materials against quality control standards.
- To maintain hygienic condition for the whole plant including processing equipment, packing containers, handling materials, workers and plant cleaning system.
- To frequency test the product during and after processing in terms of chemical properties, physical properties, microbial situation and acceptability
- To advise and control production system in terms of material and energy balance.
- To provide market research in terms of quality and test.
- To insure and work in providing consistent quality product.
- To be responsible for managing and supervision syrup mixing.
- To be responsible for supplying technical data when requested regarding food engineering and quality control.
- To supervise and manage lab technician and helpers.
- To prepare and follow up preventive, periodic and major quality control programs.
- To maintain and keep logbooks for all tests and quality control matters.
- To improve quality of production through daily supervision inside the factory.
- To work to achieve the company goals.

- To write daily quality control reports to supervision.
- To solve daily production problems through directing workers.
- To organize the weekly quality control meeting.
- To participate in preparing the seasonal production guide.
