Merchandising and Marketing Collateral
Prepare required collaterals; for all new campaigns in line with Product and Segment launches.
Liaise with the printers and advertising agency to ensure marketing material ordered arrives as per agreed time and quality.
Ensure distribution to branches and other departments is as per the bank standards and priorities.
Launch Events
Provide support in launching new products and services and promote existing products and services.
Make arrangements for any launch events and raffle draws during promotions.
Management Information
Coordinate with branches, Call Centre, DS to collate information on sales and submit to Marketing Manager on a weekly basis during the different product promotions.
Newsletter
Contribute to newsletters and reports though the collection of articles, interviews and department documents, ensuring all notification are sent in time and the completion of briefs.
Administration and Inventory Support
Maintain a detailed inventory and stocks of all marketing communication materials and merchandise.
Coordinate with agencies on orders and delivery dates of all merchandising. Inspect items in production with agencies for new products or large displays.
Maintain administrative records and manage daily requests as required.
