First, I entered the Culinary Arts Institute of Lebanon (CIS Tripoli College) in 2017 and obtained a professional supplementary certificate in 2018. I started my career discovering cooking. She gained expertise and experience from the cuisine and restaurants she worked in in Lebanon, including the Aquarius Resort, an upscale hotel and restaurant in the area. Minya in northern Lebanon, from which I obtained an experience certificate, and Al-Midan Restaurant in the Broummana area, a mountainous and upscale area, and Malina Café Restaurant in Jbeil. I was working in the field and pursuing my studies at the Institute of Hotel Arts, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2021, after which I studied the first year at the university, after which I traveled to the United Arab Emirates. I got a job in a high-end 5-star restaurant in Dubai called Umm Sharif Café. After 5 months of working in the restaurant, the restaurant opened a branch in Abu Dhabi and I was transferred to the new branch because I was working hard and working hard. The period that passed when I worked in this restaurant was approximately two years. I am now looking for a new job
