implementing and maintaining the infrastructure of the Human Resources (HR) function globally for the Group as well as being the Head of HR for the US entity. The purpose of this role is to support leadership in international offices by identifying and coordinating HR services and appropriate and effective strategies related to staffing, compensation, performance management, training and development, rewards and recognition, benefits, employee relations, policy administration, immigration, employee communications, Human Resources Management System (HRMS) maintenance, metrics and reporting across all geographies with Area HR representatives. Finally, this person drives operational excellence throughout the organization with a focus on moving the organization forward.

Gray Mackenzie is an international retail chain and is one of the biggest in the Middle East and GCC. It employs over 1000 employees. Had 12 direct reportees and was in charge of the Human Resources & personnel departments. Reorganizing the operational structure, cost cutting, optimization of resources, outsourcing some company functions and all related issues. Handling all legal affairs and employee relations. Handling all Human Resources aspects of the business including, but not limited to, performance appraisals, KPI's, incentive schemes, motivational schemes, recruitment, training, career development, manpower planning, grading and salary scales, compensation and benefits. I am part of the Business Planning process and management committee. My HR role is regional, as I overlook all of Lebanon's and Egypt's operations.

All NSSF functions, such as claims, monthly as well as yearly reports. Preparing the company's payroll. Relations with the labor office, including registration of warnings, releases, company's internal regulations, as well as good knowledge of the labor law.
Customer service assisting in setting the market plan of the division, contact prospect clients and presentations.
Issuing as well as underwriting of life insurance policies, in addition to other related administrative tasks.
