I studied mgt and specialized on MIS (management information system). I graduated with upper first class 2013 then end of 2013 i joined DAL GDP (graduate development program). I have been selected as one of the 17 out of 1500 applicants for the GDP at DAL Group (the largest and leading conglomerate in Sudan) based on leadership potential allowed me to further develop my communication, negotiation and evaluative skills. Candidates are selected from top universities with grades of first and second upper and have to go through a series of evaluations including English, psychometric, group case studies and finally present a business related presentation in front of the company leadership team and senior managers
