Manage the staff’s requirements by coordinating & following up the implementation of staff procedures.
Coordinate and complete the company process with the other companies (insurance-Gazat-Ministry of Labor-Ministry of Investment-Audit and General Organization for Social Insurance)
-Manage & organize the Bids & Analyze the requirements
-Manage other departments (Legal, purchasing, Engineering, marketing)
technical & non-technical inputs.
-Responsible for submitting a completed bid to the client within budget &
proper proposal.
-Supervision & coordination of personnel (attendance & departure -
annual leave - sick leaves)
-Check CVs & interview with candidates either on the phone or face to
face
-Arrange the special Events for the staff
Prepare transmittal for construction & engineering documents &
-generate weekly report as needed by Engineering Department or the
project management.
-Record the client's data to follow up the account history with (special
system linked to SIMA) for financial approval.
-Perform other administrative responsibilities associated with costumer
information payments, & issuing authority letters.
Prepare an individual plan for each person contain the objectives required the student to accomplish them
