• Proper Communication with all project concerned parties (Team, Customer, and Vendor)
• Stakeholders’ Management
• Risk analysis and Managing Risks and issues
• Monitoring and reporting progress
• Quality Assurance and Control
• Project Closure (with Customer, Vendor and internally)
