Handling all the administrative work in a publishing department.
* Responsible for preparing administrative reports; participating in preparation of training
documents; receiving incoming calls; making outgoing calls to clients and suppliers;
performing data entry work over excel sheets for sales appointments and files management;
performing reception duties in absence of the receptionist;
* Attending training sessions and meetings; preparing minutes of meetings and distributing to the
concerned people and performing other tasks assigned by the publications manager.
* Responsible for reports to a publishing manager
* Responsible for Telemarketers arranging their data sheets, appointments, and sales.
