“Removal of H2S from Biogas Using Synthesized Activated Carbon from Different Biomass Waste”.
In this project the activated carbon was made from coffee waste, almond shells and eucalyptus and using it to remove H2S from biogas for environmental and safety measures as it is a toxic and has bad odor. As well as to provide high efficiency production of electricity, protect equipment in the facility from corrosion by H2S and provide a cheap technology for biogas purification by treating waste by waste.
Training in Nizwa municipality treatment plant, in coordination with Nizwa university, which included identification of all plant’s facilities and treatment methods used, control management as well as laboratory test on wastewater samples.
Internship in the department of environment and climate change, which included field inspections to proposed projects locations and issuing permits.
Internship in Environmental Quality Authority including field inspections, receiving complaints and issuing permits.
Training in water saving management.
