Assist to Manager:
1.Financial statemets Preparations
2.Draft financial statement check & finalization
3. Beyond the F/Ss all documents or statements preparation, check ( as per responsibility)
Note: Others are not given me till now(only 23 days job period)
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Financial Statements (Assist to Manager)
2. Prepare & Analysis Report:
a. Sales & Receivable Analyzing
b. Cost Analyzing
c. Budget and Forecast Analyzing
d. Preparation of Financial analysis report (including ratio analyzing)
e. Preparation of Financial Proposal
f. Preparation of secretarial task
g. Preparation of Quarterly (or required time) Inventory Report
3. Preparation of different type of Reconciliations (with Bank)
4. Post of L/C, LATR & Various type of Loans
5. Preparation & Post of Provident Fund
6. Posting of Voucher (Receive, Payment, Adjustment (TA/DA/Salary, Cash, IOU, JV).
Duties/Responsibilities (As assistant of Manager/Team Leader):
Accounting and Auditing:
1.Finalization of accounts of different organizations;
2.Audit of accounts under various statutes like Micro credit Regulatory Authority act;
3.Handling Statutory Audit of Non-Government Organization (NGO);
4.Preparing audit report (Statutory, Specific & review) and comments thereon as per internal control system;
Taxation:
1.Review the TAX / VAT accuracy under Income Tax Ordinance 1984, Value Added Tax 1991;
2.Preparation and filling of all kind of returns of income tax;
Corporate and Management Consultancy:
1.Deep knowledge of the accounting and financial function of different types of organizations for developing accounting manual and preparation of financial statements for clients;
2.Ability to conduct analytical review of financial statements, internal control review and business process review;
3.Familiarity with internal control requirements at different environments and local regulations regarding accounting, record keeping, procurement;
4.Knowledge on Budgetary control; Fund Management; Cash Management; Working Capital Management; Strategy on value adding usage of Human Resources; Risk Management; Customer retaining strategy;
5.Knowledge on preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Organization;
6.Deep knowledge on fixed asset verification and valuation;
7.Deep knowledge on procurement process for public & private sector both on the basis of EEE;
8.Physical stock verification and prepare report thereon;
9.Recommend and advise on value for money and efficiency improvements as evident from reviews performed;
10.Ensure the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, payroll activity for staffs and Monitor activities of the organization;
11.Ability to work in team environment;
