• preparing and marking work to facilitate positive pupil development;
• meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development;
• providing feedback to parents and careers on a pupil's progress at parents' evenings and other meetings;
• coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area;
• working with others to plan and coordinate work;
• keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum;
• organizing and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening;
• liaising with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly in smaller schools;
Taking Dictation and Translation.
Drafting and typing internal and external correspondence.
Fixing Up Appointments for Sales and Marketing Department.
Preparing Quotations for prospective clients.
Suppliers’ Prices Comparison.
Responsible for the office supplies and materials requisition. Maintain and update filing system and confidential records. Co-ordinate business travel that includes flights, transports, accommodation, meetings and visas.
Coordinate and organize specials events, Conference and Training Courses.
Liaise with finance on cheque signatures/authorizations, payments, transfers and petty cash management.
Liaise with HR on general policy matters.
Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
Providing product quotes as required.
Organizing and attending joint sales calls with Vendors.
Opening new accounts.
Continuously updating customers on product changes and modifications.
Providing solutions to customers’ problems.
Product introduction of new releases.
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
Preparing reports for marketing and sales and keeping expense accounts.
Performing maintenance and updating of customers’ accounts including contact names for future sales.
Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
