Manage, supervise, visit contractors on site and advise on structural, architectural and interior design issues
Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and architects, contractors, subcontractors, co-workers and clients
Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications
Compiling, checking and approving reports Reviewing and approving project's drawings Attending meetings to discuss project's progress
Managing changes, as the client may change their mind about the design Ensuring site safety
Meet clients to design fit-out products such as: metal ceiling, gypsum ceiling, wooden ceiling, glass partitions, wooden partitions, raised Floors, etc
Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules Conduct quality, checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all specifications Supervise the site regularly and attend to all technical and engineering problems
