TheConsultants BVBA is a management consulting company that specializes in pricing strategy, commercial excellence, business transformation and Lean Six Sigma. We help our customers to improve their profit margins, revenues, structure and processes.
Our services span mainly in the European space and we have established headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium. Our range of services can be delivered as interim managers or consultants. We approach with equal dedication long term projects and short-term needs of expertise and support. * Reached probably the biggest portfolio in Europe (on service parts for air compressors)
* Designed, launched and developed purchasing department: strategy, visioning, road-map shaping, design of operating model, developing in-house purchasing tools
* Performed suppliers development in Europe and abroad, by tenders and new contracts negotiation
* Successfully closed improvement projects in supply chain and IT: planning & manufacturing process optimization, implementing logistics initiatives
