• To Maintain Mowasalat buildings at a high standard of quality and safety, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements/permits.
• Implementing, maintaining cost-efficient, effective maintenance, facility policies and procedures in alignment with business goals for all Mowasalat facilities such as Main office buildings, Workshop buildings, Karwa driving school buildings and accommodation buildings for six thousand personals in Karwa city drivers Accommodation / Canteen / Mosque/sports, recreation facilities, Mowasalat depots and remote outstation facilities.
• Supervising, training, developing and motivating maintenance staff to enhance productivity and skillsets.
• Managing the overall preventive maintenance activities of all operational and standby MEP equipment and machines. (with focus on continuous improvement)
• Ensuring that applicable codes, standards and regulations are met in relation to maintenance of the facility and its grounds.
• Mitigating business risk through the development and implementation of business continuity plans.
• Actively participate cross-functionally on critical initiatives as a member of the Management Team
• Being an integral part of the Mowasalat expansion projects throughout the entire state of Qatar, designing and managing facilities upgrades with the improvement of the projects, undertaking the pivotal role to operate and maintain all facilities smoothly and conducting hassle-free operations.
• Quick troubleshooting tasks with a dedicated maintenance team and reinstating back to standard conditions during critical stages. Minimize the risk of accidents and pollution.
• To generate and review the scope of works for specific jobs that are to be out-sourced through the procurement department. To evaluate the vendors, then after awarding the contract, the contractor is monitored and make sure that the quality of the work done is as per technical requirements and end-user satisfaction.
• Identify and implementing energy-reduction initiatives by monitor the operational facilities utilities with the conservation of resources in accordance with Kahramaa (Tarsheed guidelines) and by reducing, recycling and re-using.
• I was working as a supportive team for all business operations, project utilities, and firefighting systems.
• To maintain Maintenance department KPI scorecards for measure progress or achievement towards a set performance indicator and to gain an overview of a complete performance.
• To carry out turn-around inspection and execute preventive maintenance programs according to preventive maintenance planning.
• Establishment of a new company from inception to an excellent profit-oriented firm involved in oil & gas and building constructional projects.
• To make call-of contracts for Oil & Gas supplies.

• Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of plant equipment in offshore works related to Oil & Gas field.
• Mainly dealing with high pressure chemical injection skids, metering pumps, high-pressure injection pumps, flow control valves and pressure safety valves etc.
• Boiler making maintenance of all the static equipment in Oil & Gas environment.
• All respective work execution of gas line blinding, plant hot-works execution, professional welding, cutting, fabrication and high-pressure cleaning of plant equipment.
• Franchise of elite engineers company for turnkey projects. Evaluation of the contracts and execution of work by achieving good profit margins along with goodwill of the clients for all the MEP works.
• Trouble Shooting, Installation & Commissioning of industrial steam boilers, heat exchangers and specialized industrial process heating equipment.
