Prepare regular reports and presentations◼ monthly/weekly to management.
◼ Checking the information correctness of the new costumers like (IBAN, personal info, National ID
number etc.)
◼ Ensure that all customers files are archived in the right order.
◼ Dealing with email enquiries.
◼ Data entry (calculating figures, listings excel tables etc.)
◼ Providing administration support to the team, Managers and Senior Management.
◼ Suggest process change for a better customer journey.
