• Preparation and presentation of profitability analysis (restaurant wise) to management on monthly basis.
• Financial feasibility analysis for new projects/products.
• Training of Restaurant Head Coach/RC/ROM/OPC regarding Restaurant P & L, Labor planning & Productivity analysis.
• Comparative analysis of weekly Labor plan / productivity and report to the top management.
• Implementation of DOR (daily operation report) to control inventory, minimize wastage and to control consumption of food items for all restaurants on daily basis.
• Implementation of utilities optimization plan to control and minimize the consumption of electricity / water on monthly basis..
• Preparation of annual budget and variance analysis on monthly basis for all restaurants.
I was working as a head of the department of AzTikintiYol MMC. I was also looking all Financing of Domino's Azerbaijan.
My Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Cash flow forecast for both AzTikintiYol &
Domino's Azerbaijan on monthly basis. Review daily
cash and Bank position
2. Finalization of Accounts in accordance with IFRS on
monthly/Quarterly/yearly.
3. Prepare Budget & variance analysis reports on
monthly basis for the top management.
4. Prepare monthly cost reports/Ration analysis
reports and present to the management on monthly
basis.
European Tobacco Inc. is a Multinational company. where i was performing the following Task.
• Ensure the correctness, completeness and timely preparation of financial statements according to IFRS
• Prepare interim and annual budgets, financial plans and projections
• Monitor and review inventory transactions in business application to ensure accurate information regarding inventories
• Monitor and review fixed assets transactions in business application to ensure reporting of accurate information
• Ensure correctness of Sale Price of products in Business application for correct pricing information
• Coordinate with external auditors for conducting annual financial audits
• Prepare Monthly Operating Results
• Ensure that the accounting and finance records of the Company are prepared and updated on monthly basis, including General ledger
• Ensure Accounts Payable and Account Receivable records are kept updated
• Ensure compliance with Organization’s accounting guidelines, policies, accounting standards and procedures.
• As far as costing is concerned we are using standard costing system for the calculation of cost of goods sold & wastage after comparison with the actual results like British Tobacco they are also using Standard costing.
•Supervise trial balance, general ledger & other relevant books of accounts.
•Finalization of accounts monthly/quarterly/annually.
•Development of internal control procedures and their implementation.
•Review of daily bank position and co-ordination with banks.
•Analysis of profitability against orders received from customers.
•Review all tax computation WHT deduction etc.
• Finalization of Accounts monthly/Quarterly/annually.
• Expenses analysis on Quarterly basis.
• Coordination with Company’s Auditors Both Internal & External.
• Handling all the matters related to Sales Tax / Income Tax.
• Finalization of import LC’s Cost Sheet.
• Daily Bank position review and co-ordination with banks
regarding bank advices etc.
• Coordination with Factory on difference matters.
• To check of all Debit/Credit/Party Payment/Journal vouchers.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation Statement.
• Prepare monthly Stock Reports for Banks.
• Proper deduction and submission of advance I/Tax.
• Expenses analysis on Quarterly basis.
• Filing of monthly GST return.
• Preparation of monthly payroll with proper deduction of
employee’s loan.
• To assist Chief Accountant in finalization of Final Accounts.
• Co-0rdination with both internal & external Auditors.
• Provide Management with Information regarding Costing of
Ready made Garments. Such as S/Suit, Shirt, Trouser & Knitting
by using the method of Job Order Costing.
• Preparation of Spreadsheet showing monthly Sales, Sales
Returns, Cost of Goods sold & Gross Profit.
• Costing of Imported Garments/Roll Buckram/Accessories.
• Reports regarding Purchase & Consumption of Accessories
used in Production of S/Suit, Shirts, and Trousers & T/Shirts.
