• Making Inspection for HDPE (air pressure, Vacuum and Spark Testing).
• Quality In charge Asphalt Pavement for Roads in Common Utilities Area and South Tank Farm.
• Conducting the tool box talk with Site engineers, Supervisors, and also with laborers to maintain quality of work at site.
• Responsible to closing of AFI/RFI and arranging the documents as per requirements.
• Break Water Lying of Geo textile, Core Bedding Installation, under layer & Armor Rock Installation inspection.
• PC Pre Stressed Piles Receiving Inspection.
• PC Pre Stressed Piles Driving & Monitoring inspection.
• Preparing Pile Driving Record for blows every 10cm & blows last 1m.
• Inspection of Reinforcing Steel and Embedment items, Wire top mesh & bottom mesh.
• Inspection of Polystyrene With junction box & without junction box as per drawings
• Work before, during and after the Concrete inspection
• Foundations preparation in Pre cast yard Juaymah.
• Asphalt road Crossings.
• F.D.T. (Conducting Compaction testing with Third party and also with Aramco PID.
• Scrapers work @ Valve pad & inside Juaymah Tank Farm.
• FTA Block Preparation for 36” MNJ-1 @ Valve pad KM 151 and inside JTF.
• Trenching, Backfilling, Berm Construction & Crude oil spraying.
• Different type of Fences.
• Prepare written reports documenting QA/QC inspection.
• Inspect work carried out by contractor and use surveillance report to document both acceptable and deficient works found at the time of inspection.
• Ensure that project construction activities are conducted in accordance with quality system.
• Daily site routine inspection.
• Arranging of site visits of consulting engineers and getting approval of work.
